- Get 150 grams of Raw Peanut.

- Take a mixer jar and add peanuts, chillies, garlic, tamarind and rock salt and grind.
- Temper with mustard, urad dal, jeera and curry leaves and add to the chutney.
- Serve hot with idly, dosa,steamed rice etc.
